Hi Friends! I'm Alex.

Over the last six years, I’ve been on a rollercoaster journey of self-realization to learn how to trust my own power and step into my role as a guide, teacher, and healer.

While in university, my path led me to help start a global education non-profit UTK, which now impacts the lives of thousands of high schoolers in Peru and Colombia.

I helped build and grow IBDCoach and changed the life trajectory of dozens of people with inflammatory bowel disease.
